Another important stage of installation works has now been completed at our development. Underfloor heating has been installed in the buildings, along with a system based on a ground source heat pump with a borehole. This is still a relatively uncommon solution in houses built for sale, which is why we would like to highlight the high standard we are adopting in this project.

Approximately 1 kilometre of underfloor heating installation has been laid in each segment. This type of system ensures even heat distribution throughout the house, improves everyday comfort, and offers greater freedom in interior design, as it eliminates the need for traditional radiators. It is a convenient, modern solution that meets the expectations of buyers looking for a functional and energy-efficient home.

A particularly important feature of this project is the use of a ground source heat pump with a vertical ground heat exchanger, meaning a borehole that serves as the lower heat source. This is a more advanced solution than the systems commonly found in standard residential developments, while also being highly valued for its stable operation, high efficiency, and user comfort. For the future homeowner, this means a modern heating installation based on a durable and well-considered solution.

At the construction stage, works like these may not be the most visually striking, but they play a major role in determining the long-term quality of everyday living. Underfloor heating and a ground source heat pump are an investment in comfort, efficiency, and a standard that sets this home apart from many other properties currently available on the market.
